ABSTRACT

Objective To revise looming maladaptive style questionnaire(LMSQ-R) and examine its reliability and validity. Methods 284 undergraduates were measured preparedly with LMSQ-R,281 university students participated in a retest, using LMSQ-R,fear of negative evaluation scale (FNE),Beck anxiety inventory (BAI),Beck depression inventory (BDI).Results ①The item distinguish analysis was acceptable.②Reliability analysis confirmed that Cronbach α coefficient of LMSQ-R was 0.736,Cronbach α coefficient of the two subscales were 0.593 and 0.636.The test-retest reliability of LMSQ-R ranged from 0.564 to 0.700.③Confirmatory factor analysis suggested that the first order six factor-second order two factor model was perfect according to the evaluation criteria. The correlation coefficient between the two subscales was 0.527,the correlation coefficients among the two subscales and the total score ranged from 0.872 to 0.875.The correlation coefficients among the LMSQ-R and FNE,BAI,BDI ranged from 0.872 to 0.875,the results had statistical significance. Conclusion The revised LMSQ-R shows the satisfactory reliability and validity in university students. It can be used as a useful testing tool of LCS in psychological research.

ABSTRACT

ACEI and Xyr1 are two regulators that potentially involve in regulation of cellulases and xylanases formation in Trichoderma reesei, they compete for a binding site in the xyn1 (Xylanase1-encoding) gene promoter. To further investigate the mechanism for the transcriptional regulation of cellulases, DNA-binding domains of both ACEI and Xyr1 in T. Koningii were expressed from E. coli. They both showed bindings to the cbh1 promoter fragment (-304 bp to -18 bp) by electrophoresis mobility shift assays, suggesting ACEI and Xyr1 not only compete for binding to xyn1 promoter but also to cbh1 promoter.

ABSTRACT

ACEI,ACEII and Xyr1 are transcriptional factors that regulate cellulase gene expression in Trichoderma koningii. In vitro experiments have shown that ACEI and Xyr1 bind to the cbh1 promoter fragment(-304 to-18) and regulate the gene transcription. However, whether ACEII binds to this 287bp fragment is still unclear. To further elucidate the regulatory mechanism of ACEII for cellulase,DNA-binding domains of ACEII from T.Koningii were expressed in E.coli.It could not show binding to the cbh1 promoter fragment(-304 to-18) by electrophoresis mobility shift assays, suggesting that it is Xyr1 but not ACEII binds playing an essential role during induction of cbh1 gene transcription.

ABSTRACT

Objective: To explore the influence of comprehensive mental intervention on anxiety of women undergoing artificial abortion. Methods:A total of 100 cases of women undergoing artificial abortion first time were selected, who have got pregnant for 6~10 weeks and were appling for termination of pregnancy and without any contraindications in outpatient clinic. They were numbered according to their visiting sequence and were divided into intervention and control group with 50 cases each based on random principle. Comprehensive mental interventions were carried out for women in the intervention group before and during operation but not for women in control group. Then BP, Pulse rate and anxiety (SAS, self-rate anxiety scale) of all cases were measured and pain degree and artificial abortion syndrome of them were evaluated either. Results:There was no statistic significant difference in general data, BP, P and SAS score between the intervention and control group women before intervention. After the intervention, it showed that: ① Incidence (18%)of moderate and severe pain during artificial abortion of pregnant women in intervention group was apparently lower than that of control group (44%,?2=7.9,P

ABSTRACT

A bacterial strain having 3-deoxyglucosone-metabolizing enzyme was selected from 31 marine bacterial stains. The conditions for enzyme production of the strain was examined. The optimal tempreture, initial pH. and cultivate time for enzyme formation were 28℃, pH7.8~8.0, and 96 hours respectively. Composition of the suitable medium was as following (%): Fish peptone 1.0, Sucrose 0.3, Yeast extract 0.2, NaCI 5.0.3-deoxyglucosone can induce formation of enzyme.
